I had other behind the ear Jabra models and they have been great, BUT this one sounds flat/bassey. I do not like this model or maybe it is defective and needs to be returned. As I said, the other Jabras were great!

This is my fourth Jabra product. For bluetooths they are in my opinion the most comfortable and user friendly. My last three had better sound quality than this one from both ends, lots of complaints that people can't hear me, friend's noticed the day I changed from the Jabra BT500 that one was great and lasted for a year and a half and I used it daily. Going back to the BT500

the ear piece is difficult to put on, its hard to hear a good sound, the controls are not user friendly. i would not recommend it.

I have owned close to 20 bluetooth headsets of various brands, I just like to try and compare. Jabra is by far my preferred brand. I have three or four different models. They now seem to be the only ones to produce "behind the ear" headsets, which to me are the most comfortable and eye glass friendly. They are less noticeable than other headsets. Battery lasts very long and sound quality is very good. This one is charged with a standard mini usb plug, the same I charge my Blackberry with.
