I had my previous BT125 for over a year and it always performed well battery life, clarity etc. Mine got put through the wash and is dead so I am ordering 2 so I have a backup or maybe convince my wife to go wire free.

I bought this to replace one that I had lost - now I have two chargers which is nice as I keep one at home and one in my suitcase since I travel frequently for work. The earhook breaks every 2-3 months but I just send an email to jabra tech support and they mail two replacements. For the price this earpiece works great - I have been using it for well over a year with no complaints.

The bluetooth has static, even though my phone is close. i am very positive that its the bluetooth and not my phone! :/

Product works well, no problem linking it to my phone via bluetooth. The only thing I do not like is that the earpiece is too big to fit in my ear.

I like it how it can adapt to the shape of your ear. you can hear pretty well. It feels a little lose because it doesn't go into your ear.
