I was applying for my new T Mobile account. I got this, and i was thrilled, never thought i would get a Bluetooth headset. when i came home i was unhappy. it works good when charged, but to charge it is like wrestling a grizzly bear. you put it into the charging case, only to come back 1 minute later seeing it not charging. the case is to loose! exchanged for another one, still no good. 3 stars was for when it was good. change it, samsung!
ps. it also looks very cheap.

The unit works fine electrically, but the earhook design is poor. Mine broke when I tried to reattach it after recharging the headset for only the second time.
Samsung's warranty policy is atrocious. They do not cover "breakage" under their warranty and want $7 for a set of three replacement earhooks. Given the limited lifetime of these hooks, earhook replacement costs clearly will greatly exceed the cost of the headset over its lifetime.

This is a nice headset for a good price. Worked with my Sanyo phone with absolutely no problem. People are able to hear me and I can hear them clearly as well. Not as good as a headset with a cord, but better then other bluetooth headsets I have used in the past, even more expensive Motorola ones.
If you are somebody who is looking for a basic headset at a good price, but doesn't want to spend a lot of money, this is a good one to get. If you are in sales or a profession where you spend all day on the phone, you may want to look into something a bit more industrial. This is a nice, 5-star consumer set, but I feel it would not handle the constant use of being used all day every day. With gentle use, it should last you a long time though. I have had mine several months without problem.

The first Samsung WEP200 Bluetooth I purchased worked just fine until I lost it a year after I purchased it. The second one I purchased stopped working after a month and a few days.
