Product was VERY comfotable!! Just about all bluetooths are extremely uncomfortable, they do not fit in my ear at all, I have this issues with bluetooths as well as earphones and so I always look for something that's slim enough to fit comfortably in my ear without falling out or causing my ear to be sore. The bluetooth solves both problems, the behind the ear options holds the bluetooth into place and the gel piece is small enough to fit in my ear and is very comfortable. the downfall is the connection time is very slow compared to other bluetooths, I turn on the piece and there is a delay in getting it connected, the volume is very low in comparison to other bluetooths as well, its hard to use it if the environment isnt close to quiet, it feels a lil flimsy and it broke when i dropped it once. I would probably buy a similar product because it is extremely comfortable but not this exact one.

The Jabra BT2020 bluetooth over-the-ear piece was a replacement for one that I lost. Delivery was prompt and the devise has performed flawlessly. This Jabra is not only the most comfortable that I have worn but also it provides the clearest reception and transmission of all of the bluetooth devises that I have tried.

I purchased the JABRA BT2020 Headset (over-the-ear) and the only good thing that I can say about it is that it fits very comfortably over the ear but the sound quality is awful. Would not recommened this product unless you like for people to repeat themselves when talking with them.

While this particular Jabra product is similar to the one I owned previously (which I cannot recall the model number at this time but it was whatever was offered previous to this one), it is not a better product. I don't care for the volume adjustment that this one has. Also, the clarity of the ear-piece leaves something to be desired.
If I could do it over again, I would have chosen to purchase another ear-piece or headset that may have cost some more but would have perhaps been a little easier to use.

This model repaced the BT250
I'll be breif. The ear piece doesn't go in your ear nearly as well They've completly redesigned it The piece that goes up against the ear feels flimsy and swivelss loosly. The buttons too small impossible to feel
with finger. you gotta look. The volume, even all the way up is weak.
